What to include in your request

Five details are enough to size your project and prepare a complete technical proposal. You don’t need final drawings.

Approximate square meters

The estimated built area defines the system and scale. An order of magnitude (500, 2,000, or 5,000 m², about 5,400, 21,500, or 53,800 sq ft) is enough for a first proposal.

Building use

School, hospital, industrial building, offices, housing, or camp: the use sets the applicable codes, design loads, and level of prefabrication.

Location and country

City and country set the design code (NSR-10 in Colombia, REP-2021 in Panama, IBC in the Caribbean) and the logistics from the group plant.

When do you need the building operating? Modular projects are delivered in 60–120 days; steel framing projects typically in 3–5 months from foundations.

How quickly do you reply?
We reply within 24 business hours with clear next steps. If your request includes the approximate area, the intended use, and the project location, we deliver the technical proposal in 48 h.
Is there a cost for the quote?
No. The quote and the technical proposal are free of charge and carry no commitment. Every turnkey project is quoted by scope, based on area, use, location, and target timeline.
Do you handle projects outside Colombia and Panama?
Yes. SmartBrix handles inquiries from Central America (Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala) and the Caribbean (Dominican Republic, Curaçao, Aruba, Trinidad, Jamaica). Steel ships from the group plant in Las Mañanitas, Panama City; the design is verified against NSR-10, REP-2021, or IBC per jurisdiction, and coverage is confirmed for each location.
